Patman, CEO of Sundance, and Aaron Drummer, an "Energy Consultant" of Sundance, to halt the offer and sale of unregistered securities by an unregistered agent in Pennsylvania. Located in Dallas, TX, Sundance is engaged in the business of offering and selling fractional undivided working interests (Units) in an oil and gas drilling project known as N.W. Tuscola #8 Prospect, located in Taylor County, TX, which Sundance proposes to manage.
