Please read each nomination form carefully. It is important you select the correct form for your nomination and mark it appropriately for the office of choice. A person may be nominated to only one office. (See Executive Committee Instructions) Simply click on the link provided below to use the form of your choice.

The deadline for submission of nominations has been extended to the 13th October 2023. Nominations received after this date will be held until the following year.

Nominations are being sought for the following officer positions:

  • President-Elect (2024-25), serving as President (2025-26)
  • Vice President Sections (2024-26)
  • Treasurer (2024-26)

The AAPG Advisory Council has mandated these limitations:

  • Resumes and/or biographies of the Nominee for Officer Candidate must be a maximum of two pages
  • The maximum number of letters of support for the nomination will be limited to three. If more than three letters of support are arriving at HQ, the first three will be presented in the Council package.
