In-Depth Discussions with Knowledge Cafés

The Knowledge Café methodology is a simple, effective and flexible format for hosting large group dialogue. Participants move between a series of tables where they continue the discussion in response to a set of questions, which are predetermined and focused on the specific goals of each Knowledge Café. We will begin the process with three or more 20-minute rounds of conversation with small group of delegates led by a host at each respective table.

At the end of the 20 minutes, delegates move to a different topic table. The host of the new topic will briefly update the new group on what they developed from the previous round. Learn more …

About the Workshop

The workshop is dedicated to capturing best practices and lessons learned in the field of knowledge management, especially in the context of a changing oil market. This two-day event will consist of oral presentations, poster presentations, panel discussions and breakout sessions where participants can investigate a specific theme that is of mutual interest. You are invited to prepare a poster display for presentation. If you are interested in participating, please send a short abstract along with the poster artwork (in JPEG or PDF high resolution format) to by 16 October 2016. All posters will be produced as pull-up banners and delivered by AAPG. There will not be any other format available for poster display.
