Students if you are interested in presenting your work at the 2010 AAPG Annual meeting in New Orleans, today (September 30) is the last day to submit your abstract.
AAPG has been a long time partner with AGI on this great program. For many of AAPG’s Student Chapters this is an annual Chapter activity, and I recently saw an update about Earth Science Week in AGI’s e-newsletter so I thought I would share it with you.
The time is now to sign up for one or more of the upcoming AAPG/SEG Student Expo or Job Fair events.
The AAPG Foundation 2010 Grants-in-Aid Program will provide over $200K to graduate students for their geosciences related research! You’re encouraged to begin the application process immediately.

I am often told by students attending an AAPG Annual meeting that there is just so much stuff going on that they are sure they are missing stuff, so what should they make sure they do not miss.
