Germán Prieto, Universidad Nacional de Colombia
Germán graduated from Universidad Nacional de Colombia with a BSc degree in Geology, and holds a PhD in Geophysics and Seismology from the University of California.
He currently is an associate professor and researcher at Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and with more than 15 years of experience in academia, Germán has been Faculty in various institutions, as Universidad de Los Andes, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
Germán is a member of American Geophysical Union, Sociedad Colombiana de Geología, Seismological Society of America and SEG.
