Constitution and Bylaws Committee-HoD
The constitution and bylaws committee shall report to the house of delegates at the annual meeting proposed amendments to the bylaws generated by the committee or otherwise proposed in accordance with the bylaws, including the purpose, function, and significance of such amendments. Such proposals shall be submitted at least ninety days prior to the annual meeting to the chair of the house for placement on the agenda. Members of this committee shall serve staggered two-year terms.
