The membership of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists is made up of geologists, geophysicists, CEOs, managers, consultants, students, and academicians. There are at least three types of memberships within the Association: Students, Associates and Members. Besides access to a network of professionals serving the petroleum industry, the tangible benefits of joining AAPG include two monthly publications: the science journal - the BULLETIN - both the current issue and issue archives; the news publication - EXPLORER. Both publications are available online or in print for additional fees. Membership also receives discounts for selected events, products and services.
