Students

The Student Chapter Program of AAPG is made up of collegiate groups of geoscience students. The AAPG Student Chapter Program provides an avenue for undergraduate and graduate geoscience students to create opportunities for leadership development, learning, student engagement, and promoting shared interests.

As indicated in the Student Chapter Bylaws an annual report is to be submitted to [email protected] by 1 February.

When a chapter fails to submit a report, they are moved to "Suspended" status. Failure to submit two consecutive reports moves them to "Inactive” status. New chapter presidents should reach out to [email protected] to check the chapter’s status at the beginning of their term.
