One of my goals at the beginning of the year was to raise the prestige of the Division. Toward that end, I have promoted the Division as the A Team of the Association at all of the section meetings as well as the HOD meeting in Dallas. With that promotion, I have challenged all AAPG members to ask "Why am I not a member of DPA?" as opposed to the more traditional question of "Why should I join the DPA?"
