The purpose of this event, organised by the AAPG Student Chapter of UTP, was to celebrate the retirement of AAPG Student Chapter Advisor, who is also one of the senior lecturers in the Geoscience Department - Associate Professor Askury Abd Kadir, affectionately known as Papa Askury. The students afforded their appreciation towards Papa Askury as he was the first Chapter Advisor. Photos appear in the Gallery. All of us wish Papa Askury a happy retirement.
