Mark Millard is a Senior Exploration Geologist at SM Energy in Billings, MT. He is currently focused on the Rocky Mountain region. Prior to that he worked the Eagle Ford and Edwards plays in south Texas with Pioneer Natural Resources. He received his M.S. in Geology from Baylor University in 2007 where he studied seismogenic faults in Malibu, CA, and received his B.S. in Geology from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2005. His personal interests include musical instrument building (and playing) and ice hockey.
