Global energy demand is undeniably on the rise. Unconventional resources have, and will continue to, offer a relatively low-carbon-intensive solution for sustainable base-load and petrochemical production. The efficient and economic production of these resources will necessitate new cutting-edge technologies that can enhance the efficiency and economic viability of unconventional resource extraction.

We have designed the opening session to set the stage for an engaging and enlightening conversation that will shed light on the pivotal role of unconventional oil and gas technology in achieving global energy security. Our plenary will delve into innovations, exploring how unconventional resources can contribute to a low-carbon world. The panel will emphasize what makes our industry and unconventional resources a proactive part of the solution to address growing global energy demand and address energy poverty, while also enhancing environmental stewardship. Together, we will energize the future.
