Course Content

A moderator-lead conversation around methane reduction importance and its environmental impact. We will explore current and emerging new technologies to address this challenge. Examples will be presented of data acquisition to pinpoint emission sources and the steps taken for prevention.

Instructors

Steve Deiker
Steve Deiker Kairos Aerospace
Steve is a PhD physicist and Chief Strategy Officer who co-founded Kairos Aerospace in 2014. Prior to founding Kairos, Steve was a research manager at the Lockheed Martin Solar and Astrophysics Laboratory. He has worked on a variety of NASA- and DARPA-funded programs, including cryogenic detector programs, solar physics experiments and radiation modeling for spacecraft.
Ryan Keys
Ryan Keys Triple Crown Resources
Ryan Keys is President at Triple Crown Resources, which he co-founded in 2017 with Nathan Pekar. Previously, Ryan was a senior vice president in Energy Investment Banking at Jefferies, where he was involved in over $25 billion in M&A transactions. He also served in roles at another E&P, a reserves consultancy, and Schlumberger. Ryan has a BS in mechanical engineering from UT Austin and an MS in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M.
