Explain what is meant by a "Just Transition" and different legislation and grass roots initiatives out there to support oil and gas workers as the energy industry transforms, including the SPE Gaia Sustainability Program. I can present different pathways to net zero from an energy perspective and what that means in terms of specific technologies and skill development requirements.
