The AAPG Hedberg Research Conferences have announced two more events. Some of these deadlines are looming during the month of November.
The April 29-May 2 Hedberg set in Jakarta is entitled “Variations in Fluvial-Deltaic and Coastal Reservoirs Deposited in Tropical Environments.” Requests for attending has been closed but abstracts are due December 2. That’s one of the cool things about the Hedberg. If you are attending you are presenting and an abstract is expected.
Then there is the May 3-7 conference in Napa, California. “Basin and Petroleum System Modeling: New Horizons in Research and Applications” has an abstract submission deadline of November 15. That’s only Saturday of this week so it’s time to pull that information together!
In August the AAPG teams up with SEG and SPE for a joint conference on “Geological Carbon Sequestration: Prediction and Verification.” There is still time to request being included as an attendee. That deadline is March 1 with abstracts due in April but with Christmas just around the corner that March 1st date will be here before you know it. Why don’t you send in your request today?
