Additional Step - Team Photo

Make an impression: Don’t forget your team photo.

The new IBA website will showcase your photo should your team emerge victorious. But that would only happen if we have your team photo. Here's how to make this happen.

Step 1

Take a quality team photo (duh!). Make sure it's a high-resolution horizontal image (final proportions will be 5x2). Use your smartphone or a quality camera, it's up to you. 

Here's an example photo. Remember: there will be official photos of winners at ACE, but until that happens, we will use the photo you supply, so make it good!

Step 2

Upload your team photo to AAPG's Graphics Server. This PDF Guide should help you get started in no time!

Step 3

Once you uploaded your team photo to the Graphics Server, please send the link to your album to the Web Team, and we will make sure your image meets our criteria and is added to the list of teams.

Step 4

There is no step 4, go get ready for your IBA presentation!
