To set the post order in discussion boards (newest first or oldest first), choose the sort order dropdown at the top of any Discussion Group page. Default is oldest first.
You can change the default order for you account by going to "My Settings" http://www.aapg.org/career/aapg-net/activity/afv/grid/afgt/afprofile and choose newest or oldest first.
