The poster presentation session will allow people from industry and academia to show a poster at the workshop. The poster session topics are; new technology, both upcoming and first implementations, as well as out-of-the-box ideas from all the different disciplines, or more often, from a combination of the different disciplines.

Poster session participants will be asked to introduce themselves and their poster at the start of the 2 day workshop for the complete group of workshop participants, therewith aiming to attract attention to their respective poster and provoke discussions.

The poster will be on display throughout the workshop and authors are expected to discuss the content on an ad-hoc basis predominantly during the coffee breaks across the 2 days. This setup should allow for very concrete discussions.

If you are interested in participating, please send a short abstract along with the poster artwork (in JPEG or PDF high resolution format) to by 26 October 2017. All posters will be produced as pull-up banners and delivered by AAPG. There will not be any other format available for poster display. Please ensure that the poster artwork measurements are 85 cm (width) x 165 cm (height).
