The 2nd Suriname Energy, Oil & Gas Summit & Exhibition will be hosted by Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. (in person) on the 28-30th June 2022 at the Royal Ballroom of hotel Torarica, Paramaribo, Suriname.
The official event for Suriname’s Energy, Oil & Gas sector SEOGS 2022 is hosted by Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. with the full support and patronage of The Government of Suriname through The Ministry of Natural Resources and The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Business and International Cooperation.
Maintaining the theme ‘Suriname – Open for Business’ the 2nd edition of the Suriname Energy, Oil & Gas Summit and Exhibition will be the first major international oil and gas summit to be hosted in person since pre the pandemic and post the major offshore discoveries. SEOGS 2022 is the official industry event for Suriname, where you can expect the opportunity to hear from the government, meet the major operators, license holders, tier one contractors, service companies and the entire value chain in Suriname’s hydrocarbons sector and beyond.
For the second time, the AAPG Young Professionals Suriname Chapter is delighted and privileged to be an endorsing partner at this summit, which will feature roundtable discussions, technical presentations, workshops and networking opportunities.
The three-day conference has 80+ exhibitors and 60+ presenters, including Technical Conference Chair, AAPG Delegate and Faculty Advisor to the AAPG Suriname Student Chapter, Clyde Griffith, AAPG YP Suriname Chapter President Sunaina Mohan and other AAPG Suriname members.
During the technical conference the following 6 topics will be covered: E&P Geoscience, Drilling and Completion Technology, Gas Optimization and Utilization, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Bio-fuels, Alternative Fuels & Renewable Energy Solutions and Capacity Building and Local Content.
