Lyndsey Lomas and Irma Panou-Filandra will be our speakers on Friday 24^th with the topic of Women in Geosciences.

As VP of Technology & Solutions for Software Integrated Solutions Schlumberger (SIS), based in London, Lyndsey is responsible for the development of industry leading software solutions (including the DELFI cognitive E&P environment) and associated offerings. She works closely with global technology giants, major energy companies, and industry peers, to define technology roadmaps that support the energy industry’s business goals and digital ambitions. She also plays a leading role in the recruitment and development of the global community of Schlumberger petrotechnical experts.

Irma holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Patras and MSC in Petroleum Geoscience from Heriot-Watt University. Currently, Irma is working as a Business Development Geoscientist at Prospex Oil & Gas. She has experience in the upstream industry, particularly in business development, research, GIS analysis, asset appraisal and acquisition, and exploration operations.
