Africa Update at APPEX Regional 2015 - Nice

During the late-morning session on the first day (5 November) at APPEX Regional 2015 in Nice, a deal update for Africa will be presented by Toyin Akinosho.

Toyin Akinosho, Publisher of the Africa Oil+Gas Report, holds a 1983 Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Ife, Nigeria. He worked as a Petroleum Geologist for Chevron Nigeria Limited between July 1988 and February 2008, when he elected early retirement as Advisor, Joint Venture in the Asset Management Division

He continues to pursue a life-long, dual career in Journalism and Earth Sciences. He has written over 60 articles and scientific papers in leading industry journals.

In 2007, he won the CNN/Multichoice Africa Journalist Award in Economics and Business Category. He is a fellow of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE).

He’s also the Managing Partner at Upstream Information Associates, a Nigerian firm of Earth Science Consultants.
