As a Regional Lecturer for AAPG, I visited and spoke at the University of Malaysia Sabah in Kota Kinabalu and the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur where I was graciously hosted by Dr. Felix Tongkul and Dr. Dennis Tan and their students. I also was fortunate to also address the Geological Society of Malaysia.

First AAPG Student Chapter in the Netherlands was established in TU Delft, on 29 May 2008 with Prof. Dr. Stefan M. Luthi as the faculty advisor.
