To ensure the breadth and depth of the technical program the AETC 2016 program committee has extended the abstract submission date to 15th of July. Don't miss this chance to become part of this conference and submit your papers NOW!

AAPG and SPE have come together to host the inaugural Africa Energy and Technology Conference (AETC) to be held on 5-7 December 2016, at the Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya. This year's theme will focus on African Energy in the 21st Century; Paving the Way for the Future.

This event is envisioned as a truly continent-scale African conference and exhibition held by two professional societies with over 140,000 global members.

International and national oil companies, technology and service providers, and other agencies both governmental and nongovernmental have also agreed to participate in and support this event.

The conference program will encompass topical panel discussions and technical sessions composed of research-based presentations, with the objective of exchanging knowledge, best practices, and experiences among participants as well as networking with colleagues. The event will be regionally focused, and we invite proposals from across the African continent as well as globally.
