Zoe Suren has over 14 years' experience in the Energy search and recruitment sector, specialising for most of her career, within the Upstream sector. Having founded her first search business 10 years ago Zoe has seen the breadth of industry changes and challenges within the sector. She has seen first-hand the need to adapt to thrive and create opportunity in a changing industry and is passionate about supporting companies and partnering to build diverse and interesting technical and commercial capabilities. EnergiLink is Zoe's latest venture, created in 2020 where she leads a team built to retain O&G skillsets within the E&P world whilst also creating a route to transition across multiple Energy sectors including Hydrogen, CCUS, Lithium and Helium.
