Damián has a mechanical engineering degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He spent seven years in the Tenaris Research Center working with the optimization of industrial processes through numerical simulation and experimentation. In 2009, he joined YPF to develop dynamic simulation tasks of reservoirs. Since 2011, he has worked as a geomechanic on Vaca Muerta projects has and conducted characterization and modeling studies of natural fractures for both conventional and unconventional reservoirs.
