Clyde is currently Sr. Exploration Geologist for Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname NV with almost 10 years of experience in the O&G industry. He started his career in the O&G as Production Geologist and moved soon on to Exploration Geologist. Throughout his career he has gained valuable knowledge on the Tectonic Evolution and understanding the nature of the Suriname - Guiana Basin, with is the second most under-explored basin in the world. He has been involved in delineating, mapping and de-risking leads and prospects in various areas and tectonic regimes in this Basin as well as in some Development Projects and Appraisal Projects in the onshore Fields of Suriname. Degrees: MSc Petroleum Geology, and a BSc Geology, both at the Anton de Kom University of Suriname.
