Women have come a long way in the last 100 years, transforming the workplace and the oilfield as they’ve fought their way into roles previously considered off-limits to them. As much as attitudes and expectations have changed, however, challenges remain as women continue to blaze new trails in the industry. These were the recurring themes at the Pioneering Women in Petroleum Geology Forum.
