AAPG Foundation

Empowering the next generation of geoscientists

The AAPG Foundation has served the next generation of leaders in exploration for over 50 years. Through scholarships, grants, awards, and publications, the AAPG Foundation is committed to collaborating and disseminating the latest in geoscience research, as well as supporting those who study, teach, and research oil and gas exploration.

The Foundation has invested millions of dollars since its inception in 1967, which have all gone to support individuals and organizations who are pursuing the advancement of geoscience. These organizations, universities, teachers, and students are crucial to bettering our planet and providing the means for society to thrive.
