Innovation can offer many solutions to the challenges that the well planning community faces, from early planning through to delivery. How people think about, behave, and respond to new technology has been found to act as a significant facilitating or blocking factor for change and technology uptake in the oil and gas industry. In this session we will hear from a range of speakers who will provide insight and advice on how to address these people barriers to improve the well planning process.
