IBA Finals 2010:
The first ticket in AAPG’s own version of March Madness the IBA semifinals has just been punched, by the Latin America Region team from EAFIT University – School of Geology in Columbia.
Throughout the rest of March the remaining Sections of Regions AAPG will decide their team for the IBA finals to be held just before the AAPG Annual meeting in New Orleans, LA.
While it is now too late for teams to play the game for 2010, it is not too late for companies to contribute sponsorship money to help continue this great program. If your company is interested in sponsoring please visit the IBA Sponsorship page.
The results of the IBA finals competition will once again be announced at the Student Reception at the AAPG Annual meeting.
