The recent and ever expanding development of complex well technology has led to a shift change in Exploitation tactics in Oil and Gas development globally. With this comes the fundamental requirement for new skill sets and synergies within and between the G&G asset team professionals and well construction field supervisors and managers and key service providers. One aspects relates to the critical three dimensional design and placement of any complex well for oil and gas production.
