How do I add on to/change my registration?
To make changes to an existing registration, please follow instructions in your
confirmation or contact The Pulse Network at email@example.com or + 1 781 821 6732.
How do I add a Guest Tour?
To book tours on site visit the East West Tour Desk in Registration. This
desk will be open from 09:00-13:00 Sunday, 16 September — Tuesday, 18 September.
On-site registration requires 24 hour notice.
Is there shuttle service?
No shuttle service is provided as all conference and exhibition activities are held at Marina Bay Sands. Attendees are responsible for their own transport to and from the airport.
How do I change my hotel reservation?

This is my first time as a presenter. What do I do?
After registering, please check in at the Speakers Service Center for assistance.
This is my first time at a conference. Where do I start?
In addition to the Program Book and/or Pocket Guide you may have recieved at registration you may wish to use the online Itinerary Planner to browse abstracts and select technical presentations to attend. Additionally, you can create a separate online itinerary for the Exhibition to ensure you see the companies you're most interested in.
Why is the program book listing different than what I saw in the Technical Program & Registration Announcement last spring?
Changes may occur due to cancellations and additions of speakers or exhibitors.
