The purpose of the AAPG Foundation Grants-in-Aid program is to foster research in the geosciences. Grants are made to provide financial assistance to graduate students currently enrolled in Masters or Ph.D. programs whose thesis research has application to the search for and development of petroleum and energy-mineral resources, and/or to related environmental geology issues. Applications are accepted until January 31.
By design, this conference will provide an opportunity for cognitive scientists, academic geologists, E&P company interpreters and trainers, and software developers to gather, share knowledge, and identify opportunities for further collaboration. Includes a mid-week field trip to the Hat Creek Fault Zone. Abstracts Due January 30, 2013! Learn how to submit an abstract. Request an Invitation
