Tuesday night will be another opportunity for fun! Join us at The Buckhorn Saloon and Museum for dinner, dancing to live music and private viewing of the museum throughout the evening. A short walk from the convention center, the Saloon has been in operation since 1881 and is incredible – this is Texas, Historic Texas.

While sipping cocktails, you will be surrounded by more than 150 world-class animal trophy mounts. There are mammals from every corner of all seven continents, including Texas white tail deer, South American cougars, European wild hogs and an African elephant. Enjoy mesquite grilled beef tenderloin, grilled white wings, spinach salad, corn pudding, famous Fredericksburg Peach Cobbler and much more. Come experience Texas hospitality at its best!
