Taking AAPG and DPA Into Universities

August is still wintertime in Southern Brazil, and the students are coming back to their classrooms after a short break. This is a preferred time for special symposia and speeches formally opening the academic semester. Therefore, I managed to be there, both in Sinos and Rio Grande do Sul universities. Those are places where geology has been taught and researched for decades, and where many top scientists have reached outstanding achievements. There were about 50 students and teachers in both amphitheaters, all of them very receptive to our lectures.
