Should DPA Consider Electronic Balloting?

Bob Shoup's article on "Membership Initiatives" (see page 3) concludes with a questionnaire poll for DPA members. Answers to questions of this type are periodically needed by DPA's Executive and other committees but conducting mail balloting takes time and effort. Is it time for DPA to begin conducting its elections electronically?
