The first Town Hall Meeting for the DPA was held at the Petroleum Club in Midland, Texas on Monday, March 30, 2009. After signing in, drinks and hors d'oeuvres were served while attendees enjoyed mingling with friends and acquaintances. Paul Britt, President-Elect, started off the evening with a short talk about the DPA and the reasons for being a member.
