The DPA copyrighted model documents have been updated in committee and are now circulating for comment amongst the DPA Executive Council and SIPES Board of Directors. These include two Confidentiality and Non-competition Agreements, one expanded and one abbreviated as well as a revised Contract for Geologic Services Agreement form. Upon consensus, the documents will be vetted by legal counsel, and then presented to the Boards of both DPA and SIPES for final approval. Additionally, a Master Service Agreement is being drafted for approval in the same process, and this should be ready for comment shortly. This ad hoc committee is composed of both AAPG/DPA members and SIPES members, and is coordinating the approval process in both organizations.
