Charles (Chuck) Rubins joined the TA’s in August with a generous gift to the Military Veteran’s Scholarship Fund. Chuck received in BA in Geology from the University of Vermont and his PhD from Syracuse University. He spent the majority of his career with Chevron and now is Director of Petroleum Consulting at the Information Store in Houston. Chuck and his wife, Janet, live in Katy, TX.
