Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the conference Program Committee, the OTC Board of Directors, and the OTC sponsoring organizations, we invite you to submit a paper proposal for the Arctic Technology Conference, an OTC event. The conference is returning to Houston, a key energy hub, on 5–7 November 2018.

The Arctic Technology Conference is the world-forum for revealing new innovations, solutions, ideas, and emerging technologies for both onshore and offshore activities at high latitude. Past conferences included government officials, executives, managers, scientists, engineers, investors from more than 25 countries.

We see exciting growth in polar ship design and ship operation, expanding interest in Arctic mining, development of improved northern infrastructure, implementation of new codes and regulations, and increased understanding of Arctic environmental conditions. Papers on these and other topics are encouraged.

The 2018 conference will be an excellent event for Arctic technology. We hope you will be a part of this special moment in our industry.

Sincerely,
