URTeC 2017 is set for 24-26 July at the Austin Convention Center. Please review the rebooking process outlined below.
Booths at URTeC are placed based on a priority points system designed to recognize past partnerships with exhibiting, advertising and sponsoring companies. Without their support the success of this event would not be possible.
Priority Points are accumulated on the following parameters:
- Exhibition Space History
- 2016 Program Book Advertising
- 2016 Sponsorship
- 2016 Brand Builders Participation
Priority Placement contracts for URTeC 2017 are due by 7 October 2016. Contracts received after 7 October 2016 will be placed on a first come, first served basis.
Note that exhibitors have until 12 January 2017 to cancel or reduce their space without penalty.
Download the appropriate space contract, complete the form including your booth preference and payment information and submit to your sales representative by 7 October 2016. We will work through the contracts received in Priority Point order and contact you to confirm your booth selection.
