American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG)

Connect with other women and men in support of women in geosciences at the AAPG PROWESS-AWG-SEG Networking Reception.

The event is Saturday, 30 May, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. in the Mineral Hall B/C at the Hyatt Regency Convention Center Hotel in Denver, Colo. and is sponsored by Schlumberger.

Be inspired by geoscientists who pioneered paths for women to have careers in geoscience, with women who are making strides into all levels of technical and managerial achievement and with young professionals and students who are just beginning their careers.

Gather career tips from geoscientists working in major integrated oil companies, service companies, research facilities, small independents, and self-employed professionals.

Whether you are just starting your geoscience career or are a recent retiree, don’t miss this opportunity to connect and share an evening of hors d’oeuvres and drinks with fellow geoscientists.

Registration for ACE2015 is not required to attend this reception. However, the reception is free with registration or attendees may pay $10 at the door.

This event is hosted by:

  • AAPG Professional Women in Earth Sciences (PROWESS)
  • Association for Women Geoscientists (AWG) S
  • ociety of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) Women’s Network

Thank you to Schlumberger for sponsoring this event.
