Located in the hub of Pittsburgh's cultural, business and entertainment district, the Center is within walking distance to shopping, dining and attractions. Walk along the Convention Center Riverfron Plaza that connects the Center to Point State Park and The Strip District through the Three Rivers Heritage Trail along the Allegheny River.

Electronic Capturing
Photographing or recording contents of oral or poster presentations or exhibition booths via any electronic media is strictly prohibited at all AAPG conventions and conferences.
KiddieCorp Child Care
Location: Carnegie Room, Omni William Penn Hotel
Fee: $10/hour per child; 2-hour minimum
Ages: Six Months to 12 years

ACE participants now have the option of quality child care while attending the convention. KiddieCorp KiddieCorp has provided high-quality programs to children at conventions, trade shows and corporate events throughout the United States and Canada since 1986.
Child care arrangements were made available by pre-resgistration. Limited openings may be available onsite. Drop by the Carnegie III room at the Omni Hotel for information.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in the Convention Center.

Your participation in the judging of papers and posters is still needed. This important function determines the winners of the Matson Award, Braunstein Award and Division Awards. Your effort will involve judging and evaluating one or more oral or poster sessions. Stop by the Judges’ Room to pick up your packet of judging materials and enjoy a beverage or snack.
Lost and Found
Location: Information Counter, Registration Area, Level 2, Hall B Concourse
Items found during the convention should be turned in at Registration. If you lose an item, check with Registration. If your item has not been turned in you may leave information on how to contact you should the item be found.
Luggage check
Location: Level 2, Hall A Concourse
Date: Wednesday
Time: 7:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
A luggage check is available at a cost of $2 per box, suitcase, coat or
briefcase checked.
Parking
A 700-car parking garage with an 8-foot clearance is available in the convention center. Entrances and exits are located on 10th Street and 11th Street on the east side of the convention center. Parking is $10 per car, per entry. Fees subject to change without notice.
