Modifications or cancellation

As of 5:00 p.m. EDT, 28 September, the Housing Bureau is no longer accepting cancellations or modifications. If you need to cancel or make changes to an existing reservation, please contact the hotel directly.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

• The hotel requires credit card information as well as a signed authorization to debit the amount of the booking on the credit card itself.
• The first night reserved will be charged on credit card provided for the booking on the 14^th day before the arrival, without refund in case of cancellation.
• The credit card will be charged for only 1 night cancellation fee if the reservation will be cancelled up to 7 days before the foreseen arrival.
• The credit card will be charged for the total amount of the reservation if cancellation will be done within 6 days before the arrival.
