The maximum travel rebate per trip is based on the annual Chapter Member list and is set at $10 per member. The rebate to the Chapter is 3 cents per round-trip mile per member attending any AAPG Section or Annual meeting for trips less than 334 miles. A round trip greater than 334 miles is figured at $10 per Chapter Member attendee not to exceed the maximum set by the Student Chapter Membership total.

Provided below is an online form which you may submit. You must provide your chapter president's and faculty sponsor's e-mail addresses and member numbers to file this electronically.

Files with the .PDF suffix represent Portable Document Format files, viewable using an Adobe Acrobat¨ Reader software. Adobe offers a free run-time license to users, the software can be downloaded at the Adobe Web site.

For your convenience, you may download a .PDF copy or a Microsoft Word form to fill out and submit via mail or fax. Your student chapter president's signature is required on these forms.
