Presenters will receive an email asking you to allow your work be considered for posting on AAPG’s online journal Search and Discovery. You will be directed to the Presentation Management Site, with instructions on uploading your poster and permission for the work to be considered for Search and Discovery. Final Posting is subject to editorial approval.
AAPG Bulletin
We invite you to consider turning your Abstract into a manuscript for submission to the AAPG Bulletin, one of the most cited, highly recognized peer-reviewed journals on petroleum geoscience and the associated technology. Submission to the Bulletin is easy and can be done online. Like all manuscripts submitted to the Bulletin, your manuscript will be reviewed by several reviewers. Tell me more ...
Permissions
Abstracts and Extended Abstracts
- Permission to publish your abstract is implied when you submit it.
- If you submitted an Extended Abstract, permission for AAPG to publish it is also implied, along with your acknowledgement that you have permission to use any material contained within it that has been previously published or is property of another individual or company and that you are transferring limited copyright* to AAPG in the same manner as that required for any other AAPG publication.
*Authors retain the right to republish parts of their own work in their own future works, with proper citation of its original publication by AAPG. In addition authors are free to make multiple copies of their own presentations for any purpose.
Full Presentations Online
- Permission to allow the text and images of your presentation to be posted on AAPG’s SearchandDiscovery.net is voluntary.
