The American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) does not endorse or recommend any products and services that may be cited, used, or discussed in AAPG publications or in presentations at events associated with AAPG.

Publishing Permissions

Abstracts and Extended Abstracts

  1. Permission to publish your abstract is implied when you submit it.
  2. If you submitted an Extended Abstract, permission for AAPG to publish it is also implied, along with your acknowledgement that you have permission to use any material contained within it that has been previously published or is property of another individual or company and that you are transferring limited copyright* to AAPG in the same manner as that required for any other AAPG publication.

*Authors retain the right to republish parts of their own work in their own future works, with proper citation of its original publication by AAPG. In addition authors are free to make multiple copies of their own presentations for any purpose.

Full Presentations Online

Permission to allow the text andimages of your presentation to be posted on AAPG's Search and Discovery (www.searchanddiscovery.net) is voluntary.

Final posting is subject to editorial approval.

All presenters will receive an email in mid-March regarding submittal of their presentation.
