Poster Sessions

Responsibilities

• Register online at www.aapg.org/sanantonio/registration.cfm or fax the form to: +1 781 821 6732.
• Reserve your hotel online http://www.aapg.org/sanantonio/hotels.cfm or fax the completed form to: +1 330 963 0319.
• Return the Poster Session Questionnaire by March 7 .
• Transportation of your material to and from the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.
• Assemble your display.
• Provide your paper's title (lettering should be at least two (2) inches high).
• Focus your poster on technical content. Advertising and sales promotions in any form (e.g. price lists, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
• Promptly remove all material within 30 minutes of the end of the poster session. You must not begin disassembly until the close of the session.
• Securing the safety of your material before, during and after the poster sessions.
• Provide your own materials to attach your display to the panels: e.g., Velcro fasteners (you will need the Velcro "hooks," as the board consists of "loops"), wire, string, etc. A limited supply of back-up materials will be available at the Poster Assistance Desk.
