Speakers and Poster Presenters Breakfast

A light breakfast is provided for you on the day of your poster presentation at 07:45 in Space 3 + 4 in the Milano Convention Centre. It is important you attend the breakfast. You will be seated with the session chair and the other presenters in your session. This will provide the opportunity to meet the session chair as well as the other presenters in your session, and give your biographical information to the session chair. You will receive important information from the Technical Program Committee as well as a presentation from the Audio Visual Contractor regarding the AV equipment in the session room and the timing lights.

Session Location & Access

The Poster Sessions will be located in the Exhibition Hall of the Milano Convention Centre. You may use the main entrance of the Convention Center to carry your material into the designated area. You are solely responsible for transporting your material to and from the poster area. Your "POSTER PRESENTER" ribbon will allow you to enter the Poster Area at 09:30 and to remain 15 minutes after closing in order to set up and remove your display. You must obtain your presenter ribbon at the registration counter prior to setting up your display on the day of your presentation. If you pre-register, you will receive a ribbon when you pick up your registration packet.
