Registration Information
The Technical Program and Registration Announcement, http://www.AAPG.org/milan2011/, includes descriptions of all convention activities, as well as links to online registration and housing. You can register online, or download and fax the completed form to +1 781 821 6720 or mail to AAPG Registration Center c/o EXGENEX, 437 Turnpike St., Canton, MA 02021-1411 USA.
All poster presenters and session chairs must register to attend the convention and pay the registration fee shown on the form. Whether registering online or using the printed form, please check the box marked “poster presenter.” Register by 21 September for savings. One-day registrations are available if you plan to attend on only Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
Hotel Reservations
The momentum is building…interest in the convention is high, registration is on the rise, and hotel room reservations are in high demand!
- Hotel reservations can be made online or by faxing the completed hotel reservation form to AAPG International Housing Bureau c/o Experient, 568 Atrium Drive, Vernon Hills, IL 60061 USA; Telephone: +1 847 996 5876, +1 800 974 3084; Fax: +1 847 996 5401, +1 800 521 6017.
- All reservations must be received by the Housing Bureau by 21 September 2011. Please direct all housing questions to aapgintl@experient-inc.com
- Reservations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A written acknowledgement will be sent to you via E-mail or fax from the AAPG Housing Bureau indicating which hotel you have been reserved in – based on availability.
Conference Official Language
The official language of an AAPG conference is English.
No-show Policy
The AAPG Executive Committee has established that presenters who fail to show up for their scheduled presentations without notifying AAPG of their cancellation, at least five weeks in advance of the start date of the program, will not be allowed to present papers or posters at any AAPG-sponsored technical meetings for a term of three (3) years.
